Q.   Can you help with what items I need?

A.   Please get in touch and we will do our very best to assist you. We are here to help and can advise on your selection and on quantities.

 

Q.  Is there a minimum order?

A.  We have no minimum order. You are very welcome to order as little as you wish.

 

Q.  How long is the hire for?

A.  Our hire prices are for a standard three day hire period (delivery 1st day/use 2nd day/collect 3rd day). However please contact us if you require longer.

 

Q.  Do you deliver only in Somerset?

A.  We deliver mostly in Somerset, although please do not hesitate to get in touch for deliveries outside of Somerset, as we are happy to look at neighbouring counties.

 

Q.  What does it cost to deliver and collect?

A.  Delivery and collection does incur a small charge and is calculated on an individual basis. Please check our ‘Booking & Billing’ site for more details. If you prefer you can collect and return the items to us yourself by prior arrangement.

 

Q.  Can I get a quotation?

A.  We are happy to provide a no obligation quotation at any time.

 

Q.  How do I book?

A.  Just confirm that you wish to proceed with your order on the form at the bottom of our website. Please ensure you include the date of the event as well as details of the delivery address and postcode. Receipt of your order will be confirmed by email.  

 

Q.  Can I change my order?

A.  You are welcome to amend your order up to 14 days before delivery. If you wish to make changes after this time we will do our very best to accommodate your request. For details about cancelling an order please check the details under our ‘Booking & Billing’ site.
